Phil graduated from the University of Hull in 2001 with a BSc Honours Degree in Environmental Science having previously spent several years employed in the finance sector.
Phil has been involved in the eGaming industry since 2002 where he joined MGM Mirage Online Casino before moving in 2003 to the online sportsbook and casino operator betinternet.com as their Head of Marketing.
In 2007, Phil joined the Danish sports data company Enetpulse as Head of Business Development and was primarily involved in the online sports betting and live sports data sectors. During his time at Enetpulse Phil was instrumental in several milestones in the company’s history which included Enetpulse securing the exclusive worldwide distribution rights for the ATP and WTA official live scoring tennis data and also Enetpulse’s acquisition by IMG Worldwide in October 2012.
In January 2013, Phil joined Iforium as its new Chief Executive Officer. Phil is responsible for leading Iforium and is focused on building and expanding Iforium’s commercial partnerships plus driving further growth to Iforium’s Gameflex platform.
A Chartered Manager and Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and having spent the last 30 years in a number of Senior Management roles, Andrew brings a wealth of operations management experience to Iforium.
Prior to joining Iforium, Andrew worked for a bespoke software development company focusing on the delivery of many systems including healthcare, bill of materials, document management, criminal justice and Government critical systems.
Andrew has a broad skill-set and varied management experience gained in the IT, engineering and construction sectors, having been involved with the delivery of simple websites to complex business and e-gaming systems and construction of almost everything from traditional looms to hi-tech datacentres and steam engines to Jet engines. One of Andrew’s many strengths is an ability to get on well with people, an aspect of business he particularly enjoys.
Andrew has implemented ISO standards in many organisations and so brings to Iforium extensive knowledge and experience in corporate ISO standards.
Craig graduated from the University of York in 1997 with 1st Class Honours in Computer Science. This has provided Craig with a solid basis in all aspects of Software Development, Software Architecture, Development Methodologies, Hardware Infrastructure and Mathematics.
Craig has been involved in the eGaming industry since 1999 when he became involved in the development of Sports Betting software. His technical skills, understanding of business requirements, drive and attention to detail led him to be quickly promoted to the role of Chief Architect and Team Leader. Craig also worked at Avanade, the joint venture consultancy between Microsoft and Accenture, which allowed him to broaden both his technical and business skills.
Craig founded Iforium in 2006 with the vision of developing a modern and flexible eGaming platform. The result of that vision is Gameflex. This advanced platform gives clients access to a number of core modules and the ability to quickly tailor these to create a unique player experience and add instant business value.
Head of Business Analysis and Quality Assurance
Alan graduated from University of Sheffield in 1983 with a 1st Class Honours BEng Degree. After graduation, Alan gained considerable expertise in the implementation of computer control systems for both heavy industry and laboratory sized robotics. Working on large scale projects, Alan understands the importance of project management and rigorous quality assurance throughout a project’s life-cycle.
In 2000, Alan brought his experiences into the eGaming industry by managing the on-going development of sports betting software. His business analysis and quality assurance expertise have enabled the successful integration of a variety of sportsbook, payment, casino, poker and soft game products.
Alan has been working at Iforium since its inception and leads the Business Analysis and Quality Assurance teams. This ensures Gameflex modules and client projects are accurately and rapidly delivered.
Head of Integrations
Matthew has been involved in the eGaming Industry since the year 2000 where he became involved in the development of online sports betting software.
Before joining Iforium, Matthew worked for a bespoke software company focusing on a range of software systems including healthcare, document management, criminal justice and eGaming. Matthew’s strong technical skills and leadership saw him quickly promoted to Team Leader and Senior Software Developer. During this period Matthew was the Chief Architect for two eGaming projects in the Casino and Tote Betting sectors.
Matthew has vast experience integrating 3rd party payment and gaming content systems. In 2010 Matthew brought this knowledge to Iforium as Head of Integrations to help drive the on-going development of the Iforium platform.
Head of Delivery
William has been involved in the eGaming industry since 2004, during which time he has delivered a number of high profile projects for leading UK and Asian Sportsbooks and Casino operators. William’s vast experience ensures he is able to leverage his extensive product and integration knowledge to ensure the project delivery is centered around the clients business goals.
Some of William’s marquee project deliveries include the Sky Poker infrastructure and product development plus full platform virtualisation and off-shoring. William has also delivered multiple 3rd party integration projects including Bingo, RNG games and data feeds spanning both desktop and mobile.
In 2014 William brought his project management expertise to Iforium initially in the role of Senior Project Manager before his promotion to our Head of Delivery. William is tasked to ensure the successful delivery of the Iforium Gameflex platform to multiple operators.
